The 5 is the number of the club (just like a 3 wood or 6 iron) and the 27 is the loft of the club. The trick is figuring out how far you consistantly hit it then use it from that distance. Hit several balls on the range with your hybrid to figure that out.
References :
Use it like you would your 5 iron. Set up like you would a 3 wood perhaps putting the ball a bit more in the center of your stance. I use a 18 and a 22 degree - I have mothballed by 3 and 4 irons and hit the hybrids great - long and straight.
References :
Burn a big Fatty right before teeing off and you'll be real relaxed. this promotes a good release of the club.
References :
You should get used ones and then as time goes on if your a big golfer you can get more expensive clubs. But I would start out with used clubs.
References :
It has the same loft as a 5 iron. So use it from the same distance as your normal 5-iron.
References :
k

be at a 90 degree angle with you and your golf ball. always look at the ball during your stroke until your arm extends all the way and will naturally move your head. very slghtly bend at your knees and keep your front foot planted. as you tee-off/ swing, twist your back foot (like a baseball swing) and keep your head down. these are just a few pointers on better strokes
